Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 tsp garlic
    1/2 tsp chipote pepper
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp paprika, smoked
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a pot and slowly heat up over medium low heat, stirring frequently to keep from burning on bottom. Pour over brown rice or any other whole grain, or add as a filling in a burrito.

Serving Size: 8 - 1/2 cup servings
