Goulash

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb of lean ground beef
    1 pkg mushrooms diced
    1 large spanish onion
    1 can mixed veggies
    1 box of macaroni cooked and drained
    1 bottle of garden select paste sauce
    12 to 16 slices of cheese or
    1 pkg of shredded cheese.

Directions

Cook lean ground beef, onions and mushrooms in a frying pan or wok. Then in a large pot cook macaroni until nice and tender.
Drain both macaroni and ground beef mixture and them place back into frying pan or wok the add paste sauce mixing well. On to of this add the cheese and cook on med. heat until cheese is melted.
