Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 split chicken breasts (with skin and bones)
    2 cans campbells classic condensed vegetable soup
    4oz can sliced mushrooms
    1 cup sherry cooking wine
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    garlic powder

Directions

1. preheat over to 375
2. sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to taste
3. place chicken skin side down in a large baking dish or pan
4. combine soup, mushrooms and sherry and pour over chicken
5. bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes
6. turn chicken over and baste with sauce and continue cooking for 30 minutes uncovered
