Skinny scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

    3lbs potatoes sliced
    1/2 lg onion
    3Tb Light margarine
    2 cans lowfat evaporated milk
    4oz 2% velveeta cheese
    3 TB flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 pepper
    2tsp fresh garlic

Directions

peel potatoes and onion and slice. PERPARE CREAM SAUCE~heat margarine and garlic,add flour stir in milk (get out all lumps) add cheese to melt add s&p remove from heat. layer potatoes and onions in baking dish cover with sauce. bake at 325 for 1hr 30mins.
