    Melba Toast, Wheat, 20 toast
    1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/4 c egg beater egg white
    4 Whiting filets

Directions

crush melba toast into fine crumbs
add parmesan and your choice of seasonings and blend
dip cleaned an dried filets into egg beaters
coat in crumb mixture
bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes
