Summer Squash Parmesan

Introduction

Summer squash baked with spaghetti sauce and low fat cheese. Summer squash baked with spaghetti sauce and low fat cheese.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Medium zucchini, sliced
    2 small yellow summer squash, sliced
    1 jar Prego Chunky Spaghetti Sauce With Tomatoes, Onions & Garlic
    3 slices Sargento 2% Provolone Cheese

Directions

Cover bottom of baking pan with 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce. half of the sliced zucchini and squash over the sauce. Sprinkle with half the parmesan cheese and any spices you want. Cover that layer with remaining zucchini and squash. Top with remaining 1/2 jar of sauce. Sprinkle on remaining parmesan cheese and top with the slices of provolone. Put pan on a cookie sheet in case of spills and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm.
