Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 piece of charcoal-grilled chicken
    1 sliced hard boiled egg
    1/2 cup Romain Lettuce
    1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 cup red onion
    1/8 cup chopped cilantro
    1 chopped dill pickle
    5 Black olives
    1/4 tbsp ranch dressing

Directions

Grill your chicken on a charcoal grill (20 minutes)
Mix your lettuce, peppers, onion, cilantro, olives, pickle, and egg together. Put in Tupperware container. Measure out 1/4 tbsp of ranch dressing and pour on salad. Put the Tupperware lid on and shake well. Your dressing will spread to each leaf without adding the additional fat of pouring your dressing on directly from the bottle
