Becky's Asian Style Soup

Introduction

A delicious, low calorie, low fat soup. A delicious, low calorie, low fat soup.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    5 cans Swanson's "Natural Goodness" Chicken Broth
    3 cups water
    1 bunch of green onions/scallions, chopped
    1 block of firm tofu, cubed
    1/2 a turkey breast, cooked & diced (10-12 oz)
    3 cup fresh baby spinach




Directions

Add the first five ingredients, along with pepper, garlic powder and any other seasonings you like.

Bring to a boil and then simmer on low for 45 minutes to an hour to let the flavors meld. Just before serving, add the spinach with the heat on the lowest setting. Turn off the heat once all the spinach is in, and serve right away.

This can easily be prepared vegetarian by using veggie broth and skipping the turkey. It's good either way!

Serving Size: Makes a large pot, approximately 10 bowl servings.
