Chicken & Mushroom Casserole - Slow CookerSubmitted by: KAHLUAKEL
1 x 440g Tin of Cream of Chicken Soup
500g Casserole Steak or 2 Chicken Fillets
2 Potatoes sliced
2 Carrots sliced
2 Onions sliced
3/4 Cup of Beans
1 Cup of Diced Bacon
Heat potato, onion, carrot and beans in the pan used to brown the meat until onion becomes translucent.
Add the undiluted soup and bring to the boil.
Pour vegetable and soup mixture over the meat in the slow cooker, stir to mix.
Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
Salt and pepper to taste.
This is easy to make and tasty, it also freezes well if you have any leftovers.
