Ingredients

    1 c. Steel cut oats
    1 T. Cinnamon
    1 c. Craisins
    4 c. Lite Soy Milk
    1/2 c. Ground Flaxseed
    1/2 c. Sliced or slivered Almonds
    2 c. Water

Directions

Spray crockpot well with Pam. Add all ingredients and stir well. Cook on low 8 to 9 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
