Ingredients

    2 c chopped ham
    5 med. red potatoes, chopped
    10 baby carrots, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1cup chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup

Directions

combine all ingredients except soup. combine soup with half can of water and season to taste. bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done.
