Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 cup Greek yogurt
    3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
    1 handful cilantro
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 medium onion
    1 tbsp cumin
    1tsp chili powder
    Dash Tabasco sauce

Directions

In blender, blend cottage cheese and 1/4 cup buttermilk until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, onion, cilantro, garlic, Tabasco and seasoning. Continue to blend. Leave blender running and add buttermilk until you reach desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 26 2 tbsp servings
