Rice and sausage breakfast

Introduction

A high energy great tasting breakfast. I treat myself to this when I have had a good week. A high energy great tasting breakfast. I treat myself to this when I have had a good week.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup meadium brown rice
    3/5 cup of water
    2 brown and serve sausage patties or links your preferance
    1/4 cup of sweet red bell pepper chopped
    1 organic free range egg
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

heat a small boiling pot and then place rice in. Allow rice to get hot and then put water in and drop the sausage patties over it . Add salt and pepper for flacor. Place the lid on the pot. Bring to a boil and then lower to simmer for 20 minuites. Turn off. Take egg and break and drop right on top then put red bell pepper on top. Put lid back on and heat it up for 2 - 4 minuites stirring once. Remove from heat and serve.
