Introduction

Serving Size: The whole recipe about 4 or 5 (the nutrition info is for 1 serving of 4 .oz as best I could calculate, I had a hard time getting accurate calorie count for red potatoes online, there are many different counts depending on the website you look at, and I just calculated a smaller portion of the spices for the one serving. I hope you like!! It tastes INCREDIBLE!! Ingredients

    FOR THE WHOLE RECIPIE:
    About 20 Red Potatoes
    Lipton onion soup mix 1 envelope
    1 and 1/4 sticks Unsalted Butter
    1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
    Approx. 1 tsp of Salt and pepper each
    Approx. 1 tsp Dried Dill weed
    Approx. 1 tsp Dried mustard
    Approx. 1 tsp of Lawry’s Garlic Powder

Directions

Slow cook diced potatoes in onion soup mix and cream of mushroom and spices with a little water, about 1/2-3/4 cup water. (I slow cooked about 5 hrs on high)

When done, remove potatoes from the slow cooker discarding the liquid and mash with unsalted butter.

I used about 20 red potatoes with 1 and 1/4 sticks of butter.
