Moist Turkey Bugers

Ingredients

    16 oz ground white meat turkey skinless
    1/3 c chopped onion
    4oz. chopped mushrooms
    1/3 c chopped green bell pepper
    2 t minced galic
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t pepper

    1T olive oil to cook burgers with.

    mix meat with seasoning and set aside.
    use about 1 t olive oil to saute onion mushrooms, green pepper and garilc until tender. Cool veggie mix. Add cooled veggies to meat-seasoning mixture. Form into 4- 4 oz patties and cook in the remaining oil until just cooked thur DON'T OVERCOOK them or they will dry out
