Grilled Veggies

Ingredients

    1 small zucchini cut in half and then into approx. 1" sections
    1/4 red bell pepper cut into strips approx 1" long
    10 stalks asparagus cut in half
    sweet onion sliced thin
    garlic
    salt
    pepper
    olive oil
    rosemary

    You can't really mess this up, cut the veggies into similar sized pieces toss in oil :) enjoy

Directions

Toss raw veggies in olive oil, salt and pepper add a stem of fresh rosemary or dried if that is what you have. Wrap in foil and throw on the grill for about 20 minutes. Easy as that!
