Ingredients

    poached egg
    red (or pinto, black, kidney) beans
    salsa

Directions

Make a poached egg (in small pot, bring water to boil, gently stir to swirl the water and crack the raw egg into it. Cook for 3 minutes more-or-less to preference. Keep the water moving gently to prevent the egg from sticking). In the meantime place cooked beans in a custard cup with salsa, heat (covered) in microwave for 30 seconds, add the cooked egg on top, and some fruit on the side for a substantial, tastey breakfast. Voila!
