Introduction

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce 2 c
    Medium Tomatoe 1
    Fat Free refried Beans, 1/2 c
    2% Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded 1/4 c
    Tortilla Chips 1 oz
    Reduced Fat Sour Cream 2 T

Directions

Heat the beans in a microwave safe container, mix all ingreditents. enjoy.
