Introduction

A quick side dish to any healthy meal! A quick side dish to any healthy meal!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 second spray of olive oil
    1 cup fresh spinach

Directions

Spray Pan very lightly with oil. Heat. Add spinach and it will wilt within about 40 seconds. Turn after about 20 seconds. Serve immediately.

Best when you season with your favorite spices, such as garlic or garlic powder, onion or onion powder, cayenne or chili pepper, or perhaps a grate or two of fresh nutmeg. (not included in nutritional information)

This particular recipe is best when you make 3 or 4 cups of spinach at a time. Yummy!
