Breakfast Bake

Introduction

Great low fat breakfast that your taste buds will like. Great low fat breakfast that your taste buds will like.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Egg Substitute, 1 large container
    Simply Potates, 1 pkg (can substitute 3 lg potatoes, cooked and stredded)
    Cheddar Cheese, Low fat, 1 cup shredded
    Ham, extra kean, 1.5 cups, diced
    1 tsp Garlic Spice mix
    dash of tabasco (optional)

Directions

spray baking dish with cooking spray. Spread hashbrowns (I use Simply Potoates, Southwest) evenly on bottom of baking dish and cook for 15 minutes at 375.
Mix latge carton of egg substitute with cheese and ham. Season to taste. I use 1 tsp of garilc seasoning mix.
Add egg mixture to pan over the hashbrowns. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces.
I add a dash of tabasco over the top

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
