Introduction

Slow cooker pork in a tomato/pepper/garbanzo type puree sauce with both white & green beans. Can be served over chips, lettuce or as filler for either taco shells or tortillas. Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Baby Peppers (Red & Orange) 3 peppers per serving, 5 serving
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Green Beans French style, 1 cup
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Chicken Broth, .2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Lime Juice, .5 fl oz

Directions

Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Place pork on bottom of pot.

In a food processor, puree your drained garbanzo beans, stewed tomatoes (with juice), de-seeded peppers, lime juice, chicken broth and cumin.

Pour puree over pork in the pot. Drain & rinse your white/green beans and add atop the mix, stir in a bit. Cover and set on Low. Cook for 6-7 hours.
