3/4 cup red wine
2 T Worcestershire
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T splenda
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 lbs sirlon steak
5 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
1/2 tsp coarse salt
Bring meat to room temperature
Heat grill to medium high.
Remove meat from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and additional black pepper. Place on grill rack and cover grill. Cover 5 minutes. Turn and cook until meat is desired degree of doneness. Let meat stand at least 5 minutes before carving.
