    *English Muffin, Sourdough: (1s=1muffin) Trader Joe's, 1 serving
    *cheese, organic american cheese slice, (Trader Joe's), 1 serving
    Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving

Directions

While preparing poached egg toast english muffin. Spread butter on muffin after it is toasted, add egg and cheese. Enjoy!
