So delicious, filling, and perfect for breakfast or a snack, on the go or at home!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 medium banana, mashed
    1/2 scoop unflavored protein (Or you could use vanilla)
    1/4 cup old fashioned oats
    1 tbsp. chia seeds
    1/2 tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

Mash the banana in a small bowl, then add all other ingredients except blueberries and mix. Gently fold in blueberries then pour contents into a microwave safe bowl that you have sprayed with non-stick spray. Microwave for 3-4 minutes-it is done when the center is not moist. Tip onto a plate or eat out of the bowl.

Optional toppings: nut butters, nuts, fruit, syrup, etc. *Note, these are not included in the nutritional stats

Serving Size: Makes 1 small cake
