Easy Chicken Soup

Ingredients

    2 cans College Inn Fat Free Chicken broth (4 Cups)
    8 oz pre-cooked chicken
    5 Baby Carrots
    1 large Celery stalk
    1/4 C sliced onion
    3-4 Mushrooms
    2 Cups fresh spinach
    2 Bay leaves
    Thyme leaves

Directions

Put broth in medium saucepan with carrots, celery, onions, bay leaf and thyme and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let cook until carrots are tender. Add chicken and mushrooms and cook until chicken is warm. Add spinach about 2 minutes before serving. Makes 5 1-cup servings.
