Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

    2 - 8 ounce chicken breasts, skinless and butterfly cut
    1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed with excess water squeezed out
    1 ounce Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, crumbled
    1/4 cup Classic Sun- Dried Tomato Pesto
    1 tbsp chopped garlic
    2 slices bacon, natural

Directions

Prep chicken breasts by removing any fat and cut a pouch in the breast for stuffing. Mix other ingredients and divide between the 2 breasts pouches. Partially cook the bacon. Wrap bacon around chicken. Either use string to tie the chicken breasts closed or toothpicks.

Place in shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45min, or until chicken is no longer pink.
