Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl, omitting dried fruit until the end.
Mix liquid ingredients with 1/2 tsp. salt and pour in.
Mix well and pour onto a cookie sheet or deeper pan.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes stirring often so that the mixture does not over brown along the edges or top.
Serving Size: Makes 20 -half cup servings.
