Ingredients

    1 can Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
    1 can Goya Black Beans
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    ¾ cup chopped tomato
    1 T olive oil
    4 T Balsamic Vinegar
    Handful chopped parsley
    Handful chopped cilantro
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco to taste

Directions

Mix together, chill overnight, and serve

Makes 11 – ½ cup servings
