1 Bok Choy @2 Lb. trimmed and thinly sliced
1 Tbs olive oil
3 Cloves garlic chopped
4 cups sliced shitake mushroom caps (9oz w/stems)
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
1Tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
Add bok choy and mushrooms cook stirring until wilted,about 2 min.Continue cooking stir often,until just tender 3 - 5 minutes more.Stir in sesame oil and salt.
(also the oystersauce ,if using)
and garnish with sesame seeds.
Serving Size: makes 5 servings @ 3/4 cup each.
