1 pound of chicken 1 container of chicken broth 2 T Basil 2 T Rosemary 4 c Rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup Pepper to taste
Boil the chicken in the chicken broth with the herbs until fully cooked. Meanwhile cook the rice per instructions. Mix soups in a large bowl, add cooked rice. When chicken is finished pull apart and add to rice and soup mixture. If too thick add a little of the broth. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 375 until warmed through.
