Cut out one orange, yellow or red bell pepper
Vegetable broth - 2 TBPS
Cut onions, mushroom and tomato with vegetable broth in microwave. Cook till soft.
Add to one bell pepper
Crack open one raw egg on top
Grill
Directions
Cook on grill till egg white turns white. Open up yoke to made sure it cooks even after egg white turns white. I cook it on top of foil
