Rumbamel's Veggie Loaded Stir Fry

Introduction

My hubby asked if we had rice and something like polish sausage. When he then asked if I could make something like fried rice, I said, "Of, course!" Enjoy!! Ingredients

    -3 C Rumbamel's Success Boil in the bag rice cooked with Fat Free chicken broth in the microwave(2 bags cooked individually with 1 1/4 C broth each)
    -3 oz baby carrots cut into bite sized pieces (cooked in rice)
    -1 large clove of fresh garlic, minced
    -1 T Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
    -1 C chopped onion (I use white)
    -1 C chopped, thawed frozen broccoli
    -1 C frozen and and then thawed peas
    -1 package, 14 oz Hillshire Farms Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut into bite sized pieces

Directions

---In a large skillet or pot saute the onions until tender and almost brown. Add the turkey sausage and cook until warm. Add the garlic and soy sauce and stir until slightly sauteed. Add the broccoli, peas, rice w/carrots and stir well.

--Makes about 6 C or 6 servings of 1 C each.
