Chicken Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

    1 10oz can condensed reduced-fat reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup

    1 cup skim milk

    1 6oz package stuffing mix

    2 cups chicken breast, cubed

    2 cups fresh broccoli florets, cooked

    2 cups celery, finely chopped

    1 1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat swiss cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, combine soup and milk until blended. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir. Keep 1/2 cup cheese set aside. Once stirred well, put in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for another 5 mins.
