Introduction

To up the protein content, add protein powder (strawberry or chocolate), to reduce carbs use low-carb milk, or for a softer cheesecake, use 1lb ricotta and 1lb cream cheese. This is a crustless cheesecake. Ingredients

    2 lbs fat free cream cheese
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 c. splenda

Directions

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Beat cream cheese, then add eggs and sugar, then remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
Refridgerate for a minimum of 4 hours prior to serving.
