Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 1000 grams (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 9 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    *Sun Shun Fuk Egg Noodles (thin Vermicelle) Per Nest, 45 gram(s)
    Cabbage, fresh, 0.5 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia)
    *Peanut Oil, 0.1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1000 mL
    Parsley, 4 sprigs
    Garlic, 4 clove
    *President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp
    Bay leaf - 2
    vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Directions

Marinate meat in vinegar, mustard and 1 teaspoon of salt for 25 minutes.

Fry meat in oil painted on bottom of pan. After meat is cooked add onions, garlic and geen peppers. Cook until soft. Add water and lower heat and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients except the vermicelli and cook until water is reduced to desired consistency. Add vermicelli during the last 5 minutes.
