Yummy marinade for chicken.

***The nutritional info is not correct because you will discard the marinade just prior to cooking the chicken. The nutiritional information includes the marinade but all you need to account for is the chicken and a fraction of the marinade (since the chicken does absorb a fraction of the oil).

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    olive oil
    1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (fresh tastes best)
    2 tsp minced garlic
    2 tsp red pepper flakes
    2 tsp salt
    1 to 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a ziplock bag (I usually double bag mine just in case of leakage). Put chicken in bag and put in fridge for AT LEAST 8 hours (I usually marinade over night). Cook chicken and discard marinade.
