1 green cabbage, chopped into bite size pieces
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 green onions, diced
1/4 C low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Next add the yellow and green onions, and let cook for about 5-7 minutes until soft.
Add the chicken broth, mixing well and let stand for 5 minutes.
Pull the pan off the stove and mix in the parmesan. Reserve some of the parmesan to be added before serving.
Serving Size: Makes about 6 1-cup servings
