Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
1 medium banana, mashed
1.5 cups old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon vanilla
1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 scoops 100% Whey protein, unflavored (or vanilla/chocolate)
.5 cup reduced fat peanut butter (I used crunchy for the texture)
1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Scoop 2 small scoops onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a bar. Wrap the bar in the plastic wrap. Repeat until all batter is used. Place bars in the freezer and pull them out one at a time to enjoy!
