Introduction

Boiled/steamed rice - 2 cups Boiled/steamed rice - 2 cups
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Boil water, add rice. Stir. Cover. Turn off heat. Wait a bit. Uncover and stir a little. Cover. Wait another little bit. Repeat the uncover/stir move, then cover again. Wait until all of your rice has absorbed the water before doing anything because otherwise what'cha get is crunchy rice... which is all right if you're into that sort of thing, which I'm not.
