Ingredients

    2 cups Three Rivers Self-Rising Cornmeal Mix
    1-1/4 C 1% milk
    1/4 C canola oil
    1 large egg
    1 Tbsp sugar

Directions

Preheat well-greased 8- or 10-inch castiron skillet in 425 degree oven. Blend all ingredients and pour into skillet. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and serve. Makes 8 large servings.
