Ingredients

    large can of tomato sauce
    small can kidney beans
    small onion chopped
    1.5 Tb chili powder
    2tsp garlic
    1tsp salt
    .5 tsp pepper
    1LB ground beef

Directions

cook onion, beef , add all other ingred cook low heat for 1/2 hr. serve with your fav taco toppings!!
