Spagetti with Veggies and Sauce

Introduction

A meat free spagetti alternative. A meat free spagetti alternative.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pk Smart Pasta(to package directions)
    1/2 diced onion
    1/2 red, yellow and green peppers, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic,diced
    1 carrot, grated
    1 tbsp oil
    1.5cup of spagetti sauce(i use vegetable kind)

Directions

Dice and chop vegetables, and grate carrot.Stir fry till tender in 1 tbsp oil.
Meanwhile, cook spagetti to package directions.
Drain pasta.
Add spagetti sauce to vegetable mixture.Warm through out.
Mix pasta and sauce or simply ladle over spagetti..

Serving Size: makes 6 good sized servings
