Introduction

Tasty cooked shrimp ceviche -like snack, dip or tostada topping. Easy to make, marinates for 1 hour, but best if made the night before. Tasty cooked shrimp ceviche -like snack, dip or tostada topping. Easy to make, marinates for 1 hour, but best if made the night before.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz cooked shrimp
    1/2 med onion sliced very thin
    4 cloves garlic slivered
    3/4 cup chunky fresh salsa (mild or as hot as you like it)
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    optional salt and pepper to taste ( not in nutrition info)
    optional extra hot sauce (not in nutrition info)

Directions

Add 12 oz cool cooked shrimp and remaining ingredients to airtight container. Seal and marinade at least 1 hour, overnight is best. Serve cold with tortilla strips, on a tostada or however you like.

Serving Size: makes 4- 1/2 cup servings (approximatly 1/2 cup)
