Introduction

These bars taste like a denser unfrosted vanilla cake and since they are baked you can carry them around all day without them falling apart! These bars taste like a denser unfrosted vanilla cake and since they are baked you can carry them around all day without them falling apart!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3 Cups Oats (I blend them into flour but you dont have to)
    1 Packet Sugar and Fat Free pudding (flavor doesn't matter, I use butterscotch to give the bars that true powerbar type color)
    8 scoops of protein (Vanilla works well)
    2 cups of Skim milk
    1 Cup unsweetened Applesauce

Directions

Combine all, and stir until well mixed.
Place in a nonstick pan and bake at 350 for 25min

Serving Size: Cut into 9 equal pieces

Definately add in some blended/pureed fruit to give it some moisture. (Apple sauce is in this modified recipe)
