Introduction

My kids gobbled this up. We made this with scraps and four huge tomatoes we found at the local produce stand. Ugly as sin, but the best tasting tomatoes, jalapenos, bell peppers, and onions, because they were local! My kids gobbled this up. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4-6 large tomatoes, depending on size
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 to 2 jalapenos, chopped, to your preference
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 tbsp garlic powder, or fresh garlic

Directions

Chop everything, mix everything. Eat and enjoy. Eat immediately, or refrigerate for more pungent flavours.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 servings
