Raspberry-Blueberry Smoothie

Introduction

This smoothie is tart and delicious. There is no added sugar, just the natural sweetness from the berries. You can add sweetener if you desire; just remember to recalculate your nutrition info if you do. This smoothie is tart and delicious. Ingredients

    1 C fresh raspberries
    1 C frozen, unsweetened blueberries
    1/2 C plain, nonfat yogurt
    1/4 C orange juice
    1/2 Tbsp flax seed

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender with yogurt and orange juice on the bottom followed by frozen berries and then fresh (to make blending easier). Blend for 2-3 minutes or until desired smoothness. Serve immediately in a tall glass with a straw. Enjoy!
