Ingredients

1.5 bags of Semi-sweet choco chips (18 oz. total)
14 oz. sweetened condensed Milk (I used Fat Free)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 cup powdered sugar, sifted.

*You can add nuts or mini-marshmallows if you'd like but the recipe is calculated on the 4 ingredients listed above*

Directions

1. Empty chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, turning a 1/4 turn after 1 minute.

2. Spray a 11x7 glass pan with cooking spray while chips are melting, and open can of sweetened condensed milk.

3. When chips are done, stir with a wooden spoon until completey melted, then pour in whole can of sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar and vanilla and mix quickly (it hardens fast!).

4. Pour into your prepared dish and put it in the fridge for about an hour to set.

makes 4 squares down and 8 squares acrross for a total of 32 squares of fudge

**You can use dark choco chips for a more rich fudge if you'd like ;-)

**You may need to melt the chips a little longer than the recipe calls for, use your discretion so you don't scorch the choco chips.
