Parmesan Crisps (1 crisp = serving)

Introduction

Low-carb parmesan crisps Low-carb parmesan crisps
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    6 oz shredded parmesan
    1 Tbsp sesame seeds
    1 Tblsp chia seeds

    (Can use other seeds or all sesame. Hemp seeds can be used, but don't use all hemp)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 - 370 degrees

Using a 2 Tablespoon scoop, put mound of parmesan on cookie sheet. Add 1/4 teaspoon of mixed seeds to the mound .
Easier to use a bisquit cutter with no handle to make a rounder mound.

Baked in oven for 5 to 20 minutes. The baking time is a personal choice and can be affected by the brand of parmesan used.

Use of a Silpat sheet produces a dryer crispier "cookie".
Parchment paper can also be used.

Crisps will stay fresh and turn crispier with age.

Serving Size: Makes 15 "cookies" 1 crisp is a serving
