I make this often because my 1-year old loves it. Because I'm feeding it to such a wee one, I don't add a lot of seasoning while cooking, so many of you may find this too bland. Personally, I like to use a bit of spray butter, salt and cayenne pepper on mine! You can season it however you would like. This is a very versatile dish! Ingredients

2 Large Yellow Squash, sliced
2-3 Zucchini, sliced
1 sm can mushrooms
1 small can sliced black olives
1 clove garlic
1 small to medium onion, diced
3 ounces of cubed chicken (omit to make vegan/vegetarian)
1/2 box of Ronzoni Garden Delight pasta
Directions
Prepare all ingredients (except pasta!) as listed (sliced or diced) and add to a large pot. Add about 1-2 cups of water and cover and cook on med-high until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions on box.
Serve veggies on top of pasta and season to taste!
