Vegetarian Veggie Soup w/ 'beef' chunks

Ingredients

    Kroger Receip Beginnings Vegetable Soup Mix, 340 gram
    Vegetarian 'Beef Chunks - 2 c (rehydrated)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, raw 2 clove
    Knorr Vegetable Boulion Flavoring
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 cn 14.5oz
    Water, bottled, 1 qt
    cumin - to taste (I use 1-3 tsp)
    basil - to taste (I use 1 tsp)

    WHOLE WHEAT PASTA - COOKED = 1 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients - bring to boil.

Reduce heat - simmer 30 minutes.
Add cooked barley or pasta.

Return to boil. DONE.... YUM
